consists of 4 parallel Al staves:
2 CPPM Al
staves
2 new Al staves
similar cross
sections in cooling tubes (~ 11 mm2) but different shapes
operations
in a cold isolated box with He flux (average T ~ +6 °C)
1 new Al stave equipped
with 8 Pt100 on "silicon side" and 13 32 Ohm MINCO heaters (simulating
the nominal 80 W pixel sensor heating) powered in parallel
12 differential gauge
pressure sensor (RS) across the staves (three per stave)
1 overall differential
gauge pressure across the manifolds
2 (absolute) pressure
sensors across the cold box
1 volumetric flow
meter (uncertainty ±1%)
2 Pt100 INSIDE the
cooling tube (input/output: ice conc.)
runs are in under
pressure mode
Absolute ice concentration = 8%
80 W power on (stave # 4 heated)
