    ChipDigital

Name  Data type  Description
I_VDD_PWON  float  Digital current at 2.0V VDD supply at power-on in mA
I_VDDA_PWON  float  Analog current at 1.6V VDDA supply at power-on in mA
I_VDD_GREG  float  Digital current at 2.0V VDD supply after global register test in mA
I_VDDA_GREG  float  Analog current at 1.6V VDDA supply after global register test in mA
I_VDD_DSCAN  float  Digital current at 2.0V VDD supply after 32 mask step digital scan in mA
I_VDDA_DSCAN  float  Analog current at 1.6V VDDA supply after 32 mask step digital scan in mA
GLOBREG  bool YES if the global register test succeed, NO otherwhise
COLPAIR_MASK  integer Bitted word, bit i is set to 1 if column pair i succeed in the pixel register test
DIGINJ_GOOD  integer Number of channels with 100% efficiency during the 32 mask step digital injection scan

      Bare Module Digital

Name  Data type  Description
CHIPS_OK  integer Number of chips passing the tests before
COLPAIRS_OK  integer Number of working column pairs (ideally 9*CHIPS_OK)
GOOD_CHANNELS integer sum of DIGINJ_GOOD for all the working chips

      Module Digital

Same as for bare module, except that now all I_VDD and I_VDDA measurements are only one summary word for the module.

Java applications for Module Digital tests upload:

Please get applications-MODULE-PDB.zip and unzip it.  You need the following files:

            input file examples TestChipDigital.txt, TestBareModDigital.txt, TestModuleDigital.txt

java application archive file MODULE.jar, which you should put to C:\PixelPDB
and add it to the CLASSPATH variable:
          set CLASSPATH=%CLASSPATH%;C:\PixelPDB\MODULE.jar
          or set up in:
Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Environment Variables

            command file UploadModuleTest.BAT

You also can run the applications from command prompt:

 C:\atlas\measurement > java UploadModuleTest
