For a non-technical introduction to Bohmian mechanics you should read Shelly's article Bohmian Mechanics; you may also have a look at the short article What is Bohmian mechanics that Valia and I wrote. For a more technical presentation (if you can read German) the best reference is the book of Detlef Bohmsche Mechanik als Grundlage der Quantenmechanik, as well as some of the articles listed here.

For a discussion of the common structure (based on the notion of 'primitive ontology') of Bohmian mechanics, GRW, and Decoherent Histories, see Shelly's article Quantum Theory Without Observers (Part One: PHYSICS TODAY, March 1998, 42-46. Part Two: PHYSICS TODAY, April 1998, 38-42).
